Garage Unlimited of Monterey — a private, gated specialty car storage garage-condo facility located less than five miles from the track in the Ryan Ranch area of Monterey — has been named the Official Storage Solution of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for the 2017 season. As part of its association with the track, Garage Unlimited of Monterey will host a welcoming reception for participants in Mazda Raceway’s inaugural Spring Classic in conjunction with its own grand opening celebration at the new facility during the week of May 15th.
Situated on a hilltop overlooking Highway 68 near Monterey Regional Airport, the innovative car and storage condo complex is ideal for amateur racers, high-performance driving experience (HPDE) enthusiasts or passionate motorsports fans who need a high-quality environment in which to store their valuable vehicles — in addition to business and personal items that are taking up needed space at their home or office.
Garage Unlimited of Monterey offers a total of 46 car and storage condos ranging from 744 sq. ft. to 2,701 sq. ft. The units feature ceilings that rise up to 25 feet, leaving plenty of vertical space for a mezzanine 15 feet above the garage floor in every unit. Owners who have already snapped up nearly 75% of the garage condos are customizing these mezzanines into personal offices or leisure-time retreats — with everything from a big-screen TV, sofa and recliner to a wet bar.
Cat 6 wiring enables Internet and phone service, with optional cable connections available. The mezzanine retreats or offices are also a great place to display automobile posters, memorabilia or trophies, as well as watch big races and other sporting events on television — or simply hang out with friends.
Garage Unlimited of Monterey Spring Classic Welcoming Reception and Grand Opening Party
The welcoming reception for up to 250 participants in Mazda Raceway’s Spring Classic will be held together with Garage Unlimited of Monterey’s grand opening gala at the garage-condo complex. An exciting vintage car race celebrating the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, the inaugural Spring Classic at Mazda Raceway will also include a relaxed showcase for the many extraordinary race cars representing different classes and time periods, which should appeal to racing fans and automobile enthusiasts from across the nation.
In addition, as part of Garage Unlimited of Monterey’s raceway sponsorship, the car and storage facility will receive signage at the track, be included in official race programs, and will offer special incentives to buyers referred by Mazda Raceway.
